To report kindly create your own thread with a clear, concise title

The body of the message should go like this:

Name of perpetrator: (The target to be reported)
Misconduct done: (e.g. Spamming, Flame starting, etc. etc.)
Link of Evidence: (must be within our forum site)

The reports will be properly investigated and the guilty should be penalized as stated here:
